About

At age 16, Chris got his start with his own studio, recording local punk bands in Dayton, Ohio. He later moved to Nashville, where he cut his teeth as an engineer for a songwriting publishing company. There, he cofounded Sylo Studios, and worked on several indie rock and hardcore projects. He later moved to Seattle, where he cofounded and ran Red Room Studios for the next 8 years. During this time, he was also touring as a drummer in These Arms Are Snakes and Le Butcherettes. Later he moved to El Paso, Texas, where he built and worked out of a private studio, while also freelancing at Sonic Ranch and Brainville Studios. Now, back in Seattle, Chris records, mixes and masters projects from all over the world. He is available to travel for special projects. If you have any questions regarding production, mixing, mastering, or technical information, feel free to contact him.
